1. Introduction
Welcome to Linqed! Our web application is designed to enhance user engagement on LinkedIn. By creating engagement pods and connecting niche communities, we enable our users to maximize their engagement through a systematic exchange process. These Terms of Use are intended to inform you about your rights and obligations when using Linqed and to ensure legal security for both you and us.
2. Scope
These Terms of Use apply exclusively to the Beta version of Linqed, which is currently available free of charge. Please note that upon completion of the Beta phase or the introduction of paid services, separate terms or additional conditions may apply. By registering for and continuing to use Linqed, you accept these Terms of Use in their current version.
3. Access and Use
a. Access Requirements: To use Linqed, you must register and create a user account. Providing accurate and complete registration information is a prerequisite for using our web application. Linqed reserves the right to refuse account creation at its sole discretion or to close existing accounts.
b. Usage Limitations: As part of the Beta version of Linqed, you may use the platform within defined limits, including the volume of interactions, the number of engagement pods you can join, and similar parameters. These limitations are necessary to maintain the stability and performance of the platform during the testing phase.
c. Code of Conduct: You agree not to use the web application for illegal or unethical activities. This includes refraining from using mechanisms, software, or scripts that could disrupt Linqed’s functionality. You are also prohibited from performing actions that place an unreasonable or excessive load on Linqed’s infrastructure.
4. Usage Rights
a. Granting of Usage Rights: Linqed grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the web application in accordance with these Terms of Use.
b. Intellectual Property Rights: All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the web application and its content are owned by Linqed or its licensors. These Terms of Use do not grant you any rights to these intellectual property rights except as expressly stated herein.
5. Restrictions

a. Beta Phase and Use at Your Own Risk: Linqed is currently in the Beta phase and is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding the platform’s error-free operation, availability, or functionality.
b. No Liability for Damages: Linqed shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Use is at your own risk.
c. External Content: Linqed is not responsible for content or interactions that occur outside of the platform, particularly on LinkedIn.
8. Termination of Use
a. By the User: You may delete your user account and discontinue using Linqed at any time.
b. By Linqed: Linqed reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms of Use or if the platform evolves and your access as part of the Beta phase is discontinued.
c. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to use Linqed ceases. Any stored data may be deleted.
